Course A: Identity Security

This introductory, lab-based course is built for technical staff who are new to WatchGuard Identity Security products or want to strengthen their skills. Attendees will learn authentication fundamentals, WatchGuard Cloud Directory and Domain Services, IdP Portal, Firebox integration, LDAP synchronization, SAML, Passkeys, OIDC, and more.

Covers fundamentals of securing identity through WatchGuard Cloud
Learn how to create a directory of users
Learn to add multiple resources for users to access, including web applications and Firebox Mobile VPN, and enable MFA for those resources

Attendees will go deeper into Firebox hardening, cloud migration, templates, authentication, diagnostics, and BOVPN troubleshooting while renewing their Network Security specialization.
